LinkedIn’s expanded post insights show social analytics moving closer to CRM
Social Media Today reported on 7 June 2026 that LinkedIn is adding more post performance insights. The update gives users more detailed signals about who their posts are reaching, including reach inside and outside their direct networks.
The bigger pattern is that content analytics are becoming less like vanity dashboards and more like relationship intelligence. For creators, founders and sales teams, knowing which audience segments engage with a post can inform follow-up, community strategy and offer design.
Why it matters for Bubbll
Bubbll can use this trend as a product signal for creator and merchant CRM. A chat-native platform should not stop at message counts or post views; it should connect content performance, audience segments, conversation history and next-best actions. That is how social engagement becomes measurable pipeline and repeat community value.
