SLH expanding Mews into APAC shows hotel tech is moving toward unified guest data
Hospitality Net reported on 8 June 2026 that Small Luxury Hotels of the World expanded its preferred property-management-system partnership with Mews beyond Europe into the Americas and APAC. The report says more than 700 member hotels can access the partnership, and cites Opus XVI in Norway as an early adopter with a 67% RevPAR increase within one year.
For Bubbll’s hotel and residence direction, the relevant signal is not just one PMS vendor. Hotels are trying to connect reservations, operations, payments, guest profiles and service touchpoints so staff can act with context instead of searching across disconnected tools.
Thai boutique hotels and residences can use this trend as a checklist: keep guest communication permissioned, link chat history to stay context, and make service recovery measurable. Unified guest data should make hospitality feel more personal, not more mechanical.
