SLH ขยาย partnership กับ Mews สู่ APAC ชี้ว่า hotel tech กำลังมุ่งสู่ข้อมูลแขกแบบ unified
Hospitality Net รายงานเมื่อ 8 มิถุนายน 2026 ว่า Small Luxury Hotels of the World ขยาย preferred property-management-system partnership กับ Mews จากยุโรปไปยัง Americas และ APAC รายงานระบุว่าโรงแรมสมาชิกมากกว่า 700 แห่งสามารถเข้าถึง partnership นี้ และยกตัวอย่าง Opus XVI ในนอร์เวย์ซึ่งเป็น early adopter ที่มี RevPAR เพิ่มขึ้น 67% ภายในหนึ่งปี
สำหรับทิศทาง hotel และ residence ของ Bubbll สัญญาณสำคัญไม่ใช่แค่ vendor PMS รายเดียว โรงแรมกำลังพยายามเชื่อม reservation, operations, payments, guest profile และ service touchpoint เพื่อให้พนักงานทำงานพร้อม context แทนการค้นหาข้อมูลจากเครื่องมือที่แยกกัน
โรงแรม boutique และ residence ไทยใช้เทรนด์นี้เป็น checklist ได้: การสื่อสารกับแขกต้อง permissioned, chat history ควรเชื่อมกับ stay context, และ service recovery ต้องวัดผลได้ ข้อมูลแขกแบบ unified ควรทำให้ hospitality รู้สึกเป็นส่วนตัวขึ้น ไม่ใช่แข็งเป็นระบบมากขึ้น
